Cloud directory with SSO, MFA and cross-OS device management
Cloud directory combining SSO, MFA and Windows, macOS and Linux device management for IT teams.
A cloud directory platform that combines identity, single sign-on, MFA and device management for Windows, macOS and Linux in one console, aimed at small and mid-sized IT teams.
JumpCloud is an open directory platform. It replaces an on-premises directory such as Active Directory with a cloud service that manages user identities, app access and company devices together.
JumpCloud brings together what many IT teams buy separately: a cloud directory, single sign-on with MFA, and device management. Users get one identity for apps, Wi-Fi and devices, and IT can enrol and manage Windows, macOS and Linux machines, push patches and enforce security settings from the same console.
Higher packages add Cloud LDAP and Cloud RADIUS for legacy systems and network access, a password manager, and, on Platform Prime, conditional access and 24/7 premium support. JumpCloud Go offers phishing-resistant, passwordless one-click sign-in. JumpCloud states it holds SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
Pricing is per user per month. Point packages for device management, SSO, and combined device and identity management have published prices, while the Platform packages are quoted by sales. A 30-day free trial covers the full platform.
