Miro provides an infinite canvas with sticky notes, shapes, connectors, templates, diagramming and multiple content formats, used for brainstorming, planning, technical diagramming and facilitated workshops. It has repositioned around an 'Intelligent Canvas' with AI agents and workflows built into the board.

Pricing is per member on the Starter and Business plans, where each editor consumes a paid seat. Guests have a free Miro account and don't consume a seat but get limited board access, and visitors can view boards via a public link for free. Each plan includes a set number of AI credits per member per month, with more available as add-ons; separate add-ons such as Miro Prototypes are billed on top.

The free plan is permanent, with unlimited members but only three editable boards. Enterprise is custom-priced and requires a minimum of 30 members.
