Lever is a talent acquisition platform founded in 2012. Its product, LeverTRM (talent relationship management), merges applicant tracking with candidate relationship management in a single system.
Most ATS tools only track people who have already applied. Lever combines that with a CRM: recruiters can source prospects, run nurture campaigns, and keep relationships with passive candidates in the same database as active applicants. Pipeline management, interview scheduling, feedback, reporting and career-site tools cover the rest of the hiring process.
Lever joined Employ Inc. in August 2022, which also owns Jobvite and JazzHR. The platform connects to more than 300 integrations across HR and recruiting tools.
